App does not open. I just get a picture of a pelican but nothing else happens. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling (as suggested in previous comment responses) three times, but still nothing. Very disappointing because I was really looking forward to using it.

This is a great app so far. I initially had problems with freezing up on launch but I tried again today and it seems great. It's relatively easy to identify what I see around my feeder, learn more, and share or compare sightings online if I want to. Very cool. Just what I've been looking for.

Stephen Bonniol

App is awesome. Only second to Merlin Bird ID. I only moved to merlin because of the id features like sound and image. AND IT ISNT LIMITED TO THE US AND CANADA AND CAN LET YOU SEE YEARROUND! Other than that it's an amazing app.
